Participatory Mechanisms:

The General Assembly is the Supreme and Democratic body of the Association, this can be ordinary (annual) and extraordinary.

Board Members Legal Registration

The Assembly’s faculties are:

  1. Appointment of the Board of Directors and its positions, administrators and representatives, as well as its honorary members.
  2. Approve, where appropriate, the management of the Board of Directors.
  3. Examine and approve the annual budgets and accounts.
  4. Approve or reject the proposals of the Board of Directors regarding the activities of the Association.
  5. Agreement to establish a Federation of Associations or join one.
  6. Expulsion of partners at the proposal of the Board of Directors.
  7. Request the declaration of public utility.
  8. Disposal and alienation of assets.
  9. Approve the Internal Regime Regulations.
  10. Remuneration, if applicable, of the members of the Board of Directors.
  11. Approve the opening, change or closing of delegations. Each delegation will operate under the statutes of the Associaion Awaq NGOD of Spain.
  12. Any other thing that is not within the exclusive competence of the Extraordinary Assembly.
