Once this happens, it will be deleted from out databases, so we will not process it in any way.

What is the legal basis for the processing of your data?

We can legally process the data we require as you have given your consent to do so. The reason for it is that you gave your consent when activating the “I have read and accept” box.

Are your data provided to third parties?

Data provided by users on the web will not be provided to other entities, save it is required by law or in order to fulfill the purposes for which they were provided. In this sense, and as an example, your data are compiled through forms inserted in our web, which is hosted in the servers of the Bluehost hosting company, a company located in Germany so your data will remain within the European Union boundaries.

Is the location of a server important from the point of view of data protection? Yes, it is extremely important that the servers are located in countries which provide an appropriate level of data protection as it is considered when they are located in a country of the European Union or one of the countries listed on the Spanish Data Protection Agency website.

For that reason, if a website’s language is Spanish and is addressed mainly to Spanish users it is preferable to choose a Spanish server or a foreign one, but whose data center is in Europe.
